What We Offer
BULK BEEF
We offer 1/4s, 1/2s and whole animals in our bulk beef packages. All packages are cut, vacuum sealed and frozen - ready to go into your freezer! All 1/4 packages include burger, roasts, filets, NY strips, delmonicos and sirloins. Only when purchasing 1/2 cow or more may cuts be chosen.
One quarter of beef is approximately 80-120# of pure meat to your freezer.
**actual amount is dependent on the size of the animal and how well it dresses on the rail.
When choosing cuts of meat for your animal, stew meat, round steak, chipped steak, cubed steak, short ribs and all roasts will reduce the amount of burger in your package

QUARTERLY MEAT SALE
We offer quarterly meat sales multiple times per year. This sale gives our customers a chance to pre-order ground beef, bacon and sausage assortments to fill their freezers with the everyday essentials.

BULK PORK
We offer 1/2 and whole hog packages. All packages are cut, vacuum sealed and frozen - ready to go into your freezer! Cut sheets are sent upon request for customers to customize their pork package.
All pork pricing is based on current market pricing and subject to change.
**Although we butcher on a regular, year round basis, your order will not be available immediately upon submitting. Orders will be based on our monthly butchering schedule. It is best to always reach out via phone or email first to check when our next available date is for your beef and pork order.
Once your order is ready, our team will reach out to you to schedule pickup at our location or delivery. Delivery is free ONLY within a 30 mile radius. Any customer outside of the 30 mile radius must pick up.
